Mediation Fees

The mediation fee is calculated based on an hourly rate per party. The fee includes pre-mediation preparation and post-mediation follow-up time. Fees are divided equally among the parties.
Note, there are no administrative, scheduling, or rescheduling fees; in exchange we ask you to respect our time and the cancellation policy below.
Minimum Hour Requirements
- Half day – four (4) hours
- Full day – eight (8) hours
Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation within 30 days of the scheduled mediation will result in a minimum fee of $3,000 for a half day and $6,000 for a full day.
